Mission

Latina Power Network (LPN) is a non-partisan, non-profit organization aimed at creating an exclusive networking platform that advances Latina leaders across business industries, governmental entities, and non-profit organizations into positions of power. Our mission is to connect, mentor and champion Latina women by sharing best practices, providing programming, and curating a community of professional support. Our goal is to elevate Latina women in order to influence, lead, and improve their communities.
Vision

To build a community of women who are engaged, empowered, and connected in order to increase the representation of Latina’s in high level positions. Our charge is to increase the number of Latinas in leadership roles across local, state and national platforms. We accomplish this through scholarships, mentoring, training, and education while supporting each other to achieve their goals.

Provide scholarships for LPN members to participate in leadership development programs, eliminating cost as a barrier.
Provide insightful training and curriculum for ongoing development at multiple levels of career progression.
Coach women on areas of improvement and assisting them in the application process for leadership development programs and job opportunities.
Maintain an active job board, database of local and national leadership development programs, and a running list of board and commissions seeking applications/appointees.
Nominate, mentor, and sponsor members for executive leadership roles, boards, and commissions at the local, state, and national levels.
Educate and expand efficacy of running for office.
